Plunge Smart Park
Since 2015 Plungė Municipal Clock Tower library is implementing the project Plungė Smart Park. With this project we created the virtual educational – cognitive program and web page, which is also applied for mobile devices and tablets. This program has three virtual tours: fauna, flora and cultural objects.
Results
What we have done
By visiting and talking to the staff of Plungė Municipal Clock Tower library, we were mesmerized by the beauty and history of this fascinating place. The goal of this project was to transfer these emotions to the web space. Intricate animations, hand drawn illustrations and a modem structure help us achieve this wonderful result. Added functionality of GPS tracking to show the park visitors its position in the area and the closest alluring objects made this a truly interactive experience for the guests and even won "The most successful tourism product" of the year 2016 in Lithuania award.
